Valour |
It is not the size of the army that matters, but the power within the army.

In the world of Faeo, there are a lot of ways to increase the power of your character – gaining level, acquiring better armor, going up the ranks within certain fractions and etc. Out of all of them, gaining valour is one of the superior ways to increase the might of your character.
There are a few ways to increase the valour of your character in the world of Faeo, lets look at them a little closer:
1. Valour for damage When you are dealing damage to players of opposing race in a fight, you will be accumulating valour points for that fight. If you win such fight, those points will be added to your overall valour. If the fight is lost, the valour points for that fight are gone.
2. Valour for scalpsIn every fight, if you kill a player of an opposing race, who’s level is no less than yours -2, you receive a “scalp” or 1 more enemy will be added to your attribute “enemies slain”. You can exchange the scalps that you have gathered for valour at Agonny the Mad or The Black Knight at the following exchange rate: |

3. Valour from battlefields The main source of valour in the Faeo is battlefields. Ever since the beginning of time, people and magmars showed their courage in Crystalline Caves, the Ancient Temple of the Chosen and Arena of the Underground Knights. Valour in these instances is awarded for loss, draw, victory and resources which you contributed towards the victory in a battlefield: |

4. Valour for quests A nice bonus to valour from battlefields is the valour that is gained for completing special tasks in the instances, while you trying to go after your main goal – victory. These quests can be obtained from the underground knights that live in Foothills and Warrior’s Camp as well as in Hell’s pass and Settlement of Chions. These quests can be repeated after a certain period of time: |

5. Valour for chaos
Last but not least, you can prove your valour to one of the mighty dragons by destroying the forces of chaos during one of their invasions to Faeo. All you need to do is to collect hatchets of gungl scouts. They are dropped from the scouts when you destroy them. Once you have gathered enough hatchets, you can bring them to the dragon of your race for 30 valour per hatchet.
In the benign of the article I said that gaining valour is one of the best way to improve your character and the following reward table will show why: |
